Peru balsam is an oily obtained by removing the bark of the Myroxylon balsamum tree and scorching the exposed wood The scent of Peru balsam is similar to fruity vanilla with light touches of woods and cinnamon which is initially dark and thick Balsam essential oil has antioxidant, antiseptic, antibacterial, stimulant, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and is used in many different types of health situations.

Uses Of Balsam Peru Oil:

Balsam Peru oil is highly used in fragrance component in soaps, detergents, lotion, perfumes, and creams. it lessens mucous secretions, and is of value in bronchorrhoea gleets, leucorrhoea and chronic bronchitis, and asthma. Balsam of Peru essential oil is also used for many skin conditions. Dilute it by about 50 times in a carrier oil and apply as a massage on the skin. It is used to heal broken, damaged skin which is seen in many skin conditions.

Blends with: Ginger, Jasmine, Lavender, Patchouli, Rosemary, Sandalwood, Vetiver, and Ylang-Ylang Oil
